Processing purpose
Personal information is processed to create accounts, deliver services, verify payments, provide support, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, secure access, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Processing should be limited to what is needed for these purposes.
Safeguards
Access to customer information is restricted by role, authentication, audit logging, and operational need.
Sensitive secrets such as passwords, OTPs, payment card details, wallet private keys, and provider credentials must not be requested through public forms or chat.
Customer rights
Customers may request access or correction and may object or request deletion where legally and operationally possible.
Some information may need to be retained for security, payment, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or abuse-handling purposes.
