Terms of Service

These terms describe how Isabellhosting provides VPS, RDP, workplace cloud, hosting, payment, support, and custom-order services.

These policies explain how Isabellhosting handles customer accounts, services, payments, privacy, acceptable use, refunds, and abuse reports.

Service delivery

Instant delivery is available only when the selected service and location are available and the order is ready. Services appear in the customer account when they are ready.

Custom orders may include production time, estimated delivery dates, and status updates before delivery.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful use, accurate account information, payment completion, backup decisions, software licensing, and keeping credentials secure.

Windows, RDS, control-panel, and other third-party software licensing must not be bypassed.

Payments and invoices

Orders and invoices are treated as paid only after the selected payment method confirms the payment.

Some payment methods may take longer to update. Customers can track the latest payment status from the dashboard.

Suspension and termination

Isabellhosting may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, fraud risk, verification requirements, security incidents, or policy violations.

Suspended services may remain visible for billing, support, evidence review, or recovery workflows.
