Domain Registration Terms

These terms explain customer responsibilities for domain registration, transfer, renewal, DNS, and ownership details handled through IsabellHosting.

These policies explain how Isabellhosting handles customer accounts, services, payments, privacy, acceptable use, refunds, and abuse reports.

Registration and renewal

Domain availability can change until payment and registrar confirmation are complete. Renewal reminders are provided where available, but customers remain responsible for keeping billing and contact details current.

Some TLDs have registry-specific requirements, validation steps, or restrictions.

Transfers and authorisation

Domain transfers may require a valid EPP/Auth code, registry approval, current registrant consent, and payment before submission.

Do not send registrar passwords or private account credentials to support.

DNS and contact data

Customers are responsible for accurate domain contact data and should review DNS changes before saving.

DNS changes may take time to propagate and can affect email, websites, and connected services.
