Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines acceptable use for VPS, RDP, workplace cloud, hosting, setup services, support, and related service resources.

These policies explain how Isabellhosting handles customer accounts, services, payments, privacy, acceptable use, refunds, and abuse reports.

Allowed use

Customers may use services for lawful websites, applications, remote work, development, business systems, backups, and approved workloads within purchased plan limits.

Business and workplace services must not oversell RAM, storage, licensing, or capacity claims beyond what the infrastructure can safely provide.

Prohibited use

Spam, malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service activity, botnets, fraud, harassment, copyright abuse, and illegal content are prohibited.

Port 25 is blocked by default for VPS/RDP unless admin explicitly approves a compliant mail use case.

Resource use

Customers must not overload CPU, RAM, disk, network resources, backup storage, or shared systems. Isabellhosting may rate-limit, suspend, or move orders into a custom request flow when resources are unavailable.

Dedicated or workplace plans must preserve spare capacity where HA or recovery commitments require it.

Enforcement

Abuse events may lead to network blocks, service suspension, verification requirements, support review, or termination.

Every abuse action should be logged and reviewed by an authorized admin.
